Exchange & Return Policy đâ¨
At Uncontainable, we want you to feel Unstoppable, Unphased, and Uncontainedâwhich means being 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something isnât quite right, we offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds under the following conditions:
đš Eligibility for Exchanges
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, free of deodorant stains, and returned in original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of approval.
- Exchanges are only available for items of equal or lesser value (store credit issued for price differences).
- Final sale and custom-made items are not eligible for exchange.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

đ How to Initiate an Exchange
- Submit a Request â Email us at weareuncontainable@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram with your order number and item details.
- Receive Instructions â Weâll provide return authorization & shipping details.
- Ship Your Item â Send it back using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customerâs responsibility).
- Processing â Once received & inspected, weâll ship your new item within 5-7 business days.
đ¨ Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and weâll replace it at no extra cost.
đ International Orders
We currently only accept domestic (U.S.) exchanges. International customers can return items for store credit to use on future purchases.
