Exchange Policy

Exchange & Return Policy 🔄✨

At Uncontainable, we want you to feel Unstoppable, Unphased, and Uncontained—which means being 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds under the following conditions:

🔹 Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, free of deodorant stains, and returned in original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of approval.
  • Exchanges are only available for items of equal or lesser value (store credit issued for price differences).
  • Final sale and custom-made items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

🔄 How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Submit a Request – Email us at weareuncontainable@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram with your order number and item details.
  2. Receive Instructions – We’ll provide return authorization & shipping details.
  3. Ship Your Item – Send it back using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
  4. Processing – Once received & inspected, we’ll ship your new item within 5-7 business days.

🚨 Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

🌎 International Orders

We currently only accept domestic (U.S.) exchanges. International customers can return items for store credit to use on future purchases.
