All orders ship from our fulfillment facility at Canyon Ventures in Phoenix, Arizona.

 

 

Processing Time

Orders are shipped the same day or the next business day after the order is placed.

During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but our priority is always to get your order out as quickly as possible.

 

 

Delivery Time (United States)

We ship using trusted carriers, including UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Standard delivery time within the U.S. is:
 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.

 

 

Shipping Costs

  • United States: Free shipping on all orders.

  • International: We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
 You can track your package at any time through the carrier’s website.

 

 

Carrier Delays

If a delay occurs with UPS, USPS, or FedEx, it will appear on your tracking information.
 Carrier delays are outside our control, but our team is always here to assist and provide support when needed.

 

 

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as “delivered” but cannot be found:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier first, as they can often locate the package quickly.

  2. If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, email us at support@uncontainable.us.
