Processing

Orders ship the same day or the next business day after they're placed. During launches and busy periods it can take a little longer, but getting your order out fast is always our priority. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays.

United States

• Free standard shipping on all orders of $95 or more (after discounts).
• Orders under $95 ship for a flat $8.
• Delivery takes 3–5 business days after your order ships.

International

We currently ship to Australia, Canada, France, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Import duties, taxes and fees aren't included in our prices. They're set by your country, collected on delivery, and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow it on the carrier's website.

Delays

If UPS, USPS or FedEx has a delay, it will show in your tracking. Carrier delays are outside our control, but we're always here to help. Just reach out.

Lost, missing or damaged

1. If your tracking says "delivered" but you can't find your package, contact the carrier first. They can often locate it quickly.
2. If the carrier can't resolve it, email us at support@uncontainable.us with your order number.

If something arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it at no extra cost. Lost packages are reviewed case by case, and we'll always work toward a fair resolution.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. Once an order has shipped, we can't change where it's going.
